Last week, 2 of my workers get in hospital.
Bangladesh - fever, diarrhoea, unusual blood test, dehydration
Ward - Normal
Duration - 18/11/08 to 02/12/08
Cost - SGD 3,000
Visitor - 0
Myanmar - Heart attact
Ward - ICU
Duration - 29/11/08 until today
Cost - To be advise
Visitor - 0
So sad that no anybody go and visit them even is my boss. The worst is the Myanmar medical fee was damn high...really dunno how he is going to repay all the medical expenses if my boss not agreed to pay on behalf of the workers.
They try so hard spend so much for the agent fee...the Bangladesh workers not even start earning money...all the earning was paid for agent fee....he not even clear the agent fee yet....
The Myanmar worker even worst....he was just out from ICU but still not allowed to transfer to general ward....
To be a good employer..dont you think that company should bear all the expenses? Dont you think the employer should take care of the workers...but...the reality is...company going to send them back to their own country...reason??? because they are not able to work hard for company, they are not qualify to earn money for company....
Really cant imagine...workers throw away by their employer when they are sick...when they really need somebody to help....
They are workers???? or they are only slave??? coolie??? When you are useless...the end...you will throw away by the employer....

In this world there us no more "gan qing" when it comes to money. This is the reality world. Ppl will treat you good when you are alive & kicking & when you are still useful. But when you lost your value, you are just a piece of shit to them.Selfish ppl wont know all this "ren sheng dao li" until he feels it for himself.

there is no FAIR in tiz world..but everytime when it happen i will feel like....

although every "worker's have a mother" (i mean life's)... but what what can we do? like sherlin named "REALITY"...
sad.. but true...
everyone is playing their part, there is no right and wrong when we come to this stage.
don't we learn the lesson?
anyhow, don't think too much but enjoy life's when ever you can.
